1. 本規約への同意

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、FIGHT DEMAND（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 ユーザーは、本サービスのアカウント登録または利用を開始した時点で、本規約のすべての内容に同意したものとみなされます。 同意いただけない場合は、本サービスのご利用を直ちに中止してください。

2. アカウント

• ユーザーは、13歳以上（管轄地によっては16歳以上）でなければなりません。
• 登録情報は正確かつ最新の状態を維持する責任を負います。
• パスワードを含むアカウント情報の管理はユーザー自身の責任で行います。
• アカウントは譲渡・売買・第三者への貸与を禁止します。
• アカウント削除はプロフィール編集画面より、いつでもご自身で行えます。

3. ユーザー生成コンテンツ（UGC）— ゼロトレランス方針

ユーザーは、本サービス上でコメント・レビュー・試合提案・データ報告・プロフィール情報・画像（以下総称して「ユーザーコンテンツ」）を投稿することができます。 ユーザーは、自らが投稿するすべてのユーザーコンテンツについて全責任を負い、以下に該当する行為・投稿を行ってはなりません。

3.1 禁止される投稿・行為

• 差別、ヘイトスピーチ、人種・性別・宗教・国籍・性的指向への中傷
• 嫌がらせ、いじめ、ストーキング、脅迫、個人攻撃
• 性的に露骨な表現、児童の性的搾取・虐待を示唆する内容
• 暴力的・グロテスクな描写の助長
• 違法行為（薬物使用、テロ、自傷の助長を含む）の誘発
• 個人情報（氏名・住所・電話番号等）の無断公開（ドキシング）
• なりすまし、虚偽情報、フェイクニュース、誤情報の拡散
• スパム、繰り返し投稿、宣伝目的の大量投稿、ボット利用
• 著作権・商標権・肖像権その他知的財産権の侵害
• 本サービスのセキュリティを害する行為（スクレイピング、リバースエンジニアリング、不正アクセス等）

3.2 通報機能

すべてのユーザーコンテンツには 🚩 通報ボタン が表示されます。 不適切なコンテンツを発見した場合は、通報ボタンから理由を選択して送信してください。 運営チームは 24時間以内 に内容を確認し、必要に応じて以下の対応を行います：

• 該当コンテンツの即時削除
• 投稿者への警告
• 違反者のアカウント停止または永久追放（BAN）

3.3 ブロック機能

各ユーザーは 🚫 ブロックボタン から他のユーザーをブロックできます。 ブロックすると、相手のコメント・投稿は即座にフィードから非表示になり、相手はあなたへの返信ができなくなります。 ブロックの解除は 設定 > ブロック中のユーザー から行えます。

3.4 コンテンツのモデレーション

• 運営は、通報の有無にかかわらず、本規約に違反するコンテンツを予告なく削除する権利を有します。
• 運営は、繰り返し違反するユーザーのアカウントを永久に停止する権利を有します。
• 違反者の再登録を防止するため、メールアドレス・デバイス情報をブロックリストに登録する場合があります。

4. ライセンス

ユーザーは、自らが投稿したユーザーコンテンツに関して、本サービスがそれを表示・配信・複製・編集・翻訳することを許諾するものとします （非独占・無償・全世界）。本サービスはユーザーコンテンツの著作権を主張しません。

5. 「価値表明」機能について

本サービスの「価値表明」（pledge）機能は、実際の金銭支払いを伴わないバーチャルな表現です。 試合への期待値を金額で表現することにより、コミュニティ内での盛り上がりを可視化するためのゲーム要素であり、 ギャンブル・チケット販売・クラウドファンディングではありません。

6. 知的財産権

本サービスのソースコード・デザイン・ロゴ・テキスト等は運営に帰属します。 試合に関するメタデータ（選手名・団体名等）は公開情報を集約したものであり、各権利者の商標・名称は事実情報として参照しています。 権利侵害のご指摘は verseasset@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

7. 免責事項

• 本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定の目的への適合性を保証しません。
• 本サービスの中断・停止・データ消失について、運営は責任を負いません。
• ユーザーコンテンツの内容について、運営はその正確性・合法性を保証しません。

8. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更があった場合は本サービス内で通知します。 変更後も本サービスの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

9. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関連する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of FIGHT DEMAND (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions).
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account.
• Account transfer, sale, or sharing is prohibited.
• You may delete your account at any time from the profile settings.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) — Zero Tolerance Policy

You may post comments, reviews, matchup proposals, data reports, profile info, and images (collectively, "User Content"). You are solely responsible for all User Content you post and must not engage in any of the following:

3.1 Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Hate speech, discrimination, or slurs based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or personal attacks
• Sexually explicit content, child sexual exploitation or abuse material
• Promotion of violence or gore
• Promotion of illegal activity (drugs, terrorism, self-harm, etc.)
• Publishing personal information without consent (doxing)
• Impersonation, false information, fake news, or misinformation
• Spam, repeated posting, mass promotional posts, bot usage
• Infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, or other IP rights
• Actions that compromise the security of the Service (scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, etc.)

3.2 Reporting Mechanism

A 🚩 Report button is available on all User Content. If you find inappropriate content, tap Report and select a reason. Our moderation team will review reported content within 24 hours and may take the following actions:

• Immediate removal of the reported content
• Warning to the offending user
• Account suspension or permanent ban of the violator

3.3 Blocking Mechanism

Each user may block another user via the 🚫 Block button. Blocking immediately hides the blocked user's comments and posts from your feed, and prevents them from replying to you. You can unblock users at any time via Settings > Blocked Users.

3.4 Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms with or without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to permanently suspend accounts of repeat offenders.
• To prevent re-registration, we may add violator email addresses and device fingerprints to a blocklist.

4. License

You grant the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, reproduce, edit, and translate your User Content. The Service does not claim ownership of your User Content.

5. About the "Value Declaration" Feature

The Service's "Value Declaration" (pledge) feature is a virtual expression that does not involve any actual payment. It is a game mechanic for visualizing community enthusiasm and is not gambling, ticket sales, or crowdfunding.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's source code, design, logo, and text belong to the operator. Match-related metadata (fighter names, organization names, etc.) is aggregated from public information. Report IP concerns to verseasset@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
• We are not liable for service interruptions, suspensions, or data loss.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or legality of User Content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
